I wore makeup today, yay. Anyone who sees me on a regular bases will tell you that they probably have never seen me in make and they are right. I own makeup but I hardly wear it, once upon a time I used to wear makeup a lot. In fact I never left the house without having some foundation on my face. Now I just don’t, my eyes are very sensitive which means I have to wash my face at least three times a day and that can be very hard with makeup. So I go without makeup most of the time, I used to deal with it when I wanted to look pretty and all but that just got old. I would rather be comfortable than look pretty for other people to look upon my face which I don’t see unless I’m looking in the mirror. I would love to try my hand at makeup again as I have been watching YouTube and contouring looks cool. If I found something that makes my eyes not burn in the middle of the day then yea I would love to wear makeup more. Makeup is such a great accessory for women and feels good to be able to know that you look amazing.
I would definitely love to start wearing makeup and make some videos of affordable makeup out there. Watching YouTube lately I have noticed that all the makeup people use Mac and other super expensive makeup( to me Mac is super expensive). And since I don’t wear makeup everyday I feel even more discouraged with the prices I see. But I know these more affordable makeup out there, one of my favorite brand is Wet & Wild which I purchase in nail polish. I have noticed though that their makeup does not come in darker shades which is a shame. It is also not only that brand, a lot of cheaper brands don’t have a reasonable size in darker shades. I will keep looking for affordable makeup brands and watch out for me. I just may start making YouTube makeup videos.
